Please use the following steps to report issues or enhancement requests to School Finance Productivity, a division of Mindsphere Technology Group. 1. Send an email to support@sfproductivity.com with your request. Please be sure to give as much detail as possible. 2. You will receive a reply email from the Help Desk with a ticket ID number 3. Normal service level agreement is a 3 day response time. We will reply with an email or a phone call 4. For requests needing a quick response, please cc a SFP staff on your original email 5. For an emergency request, please also call a SFP staff at 972-215-7440
